Construction
Built here in Australia by our design and manufacturing team, the "Series 18" is a hand laid fibreglass boat. It is constructed using the latest technology in woven and composite fibreglass materials to produce astronger and more lightweight boat for your boating needs.
Hardware
PCM Classic 5.7 315 hp
A PCM engine is what drives the "Series 18". With a huge 315 horsepower Carburettor engine. PCM Marine engines and transmissions are the most fuel efficient and reliable engines on the market. With a quieter operation and the Adjust-A-Flex ® 6 point adjustable engine mounts, PCM have designed the
perfect vibration-free engine. The Fuel Control Cell ® was designed to
provide a constant fuel delivery regardless of how choppy or how tight
the turn is. The Fuel Control Cell ® also eliminates the possibility of fuel starvation and vapour lock, regardless of the marine environment. It also filters both contaminate fuel particles and water to protect the high pressure fuel pump, the injectors and the entire fuel system. It was incorporated in the designed of the engine to be easily accessed for service and routine maintenance. The Power Plus Transmission ® has a unique G-Rotor hydraulic pump for smooth, efficient shifting in and out of gears.This light weight and compact designed transmission has a unique 9 degree down angle to allow engine to sit in a better position in the boat for improved efficiency.
The "Series 18" comes equiped with the PCM classic 5.7 315hp engine with a forward, neutral and reverse transmission.
The 5.7L Classic features a carburetor fuel system with exceptional motor performance and durability.
